The automations command provides automated operations for various entities.
Usage
Operations
find_alias
Finds the entity (user) behind a given alias number.
- Parameters:
service_provider_id- The Service Provider IDgroup_id- The Group IDalias- The alias number to look up
Example:
Output
Success: Shows the user ID associated with the alias.
Failure: Shows that the alias was not found.
group_audit
Performs a comprehensive audit of a group, displaying detailed information about group configuration, service authorizations, and directory numbers.
- Parameters:
service_provider_id- The Service Provider IDgroup_id- The Group ID
Example:
Output
Success: Displays a comprehensive audit report with the following sections:
- Group Details: Group name, ID, service provider ID, default domain, user count, time zone, and calling line ID information
- Group Services Authorization: List of group-level services and their authorization counts
- Service Packs Authorization: List of service packs and their authorization counts
- User Services Authorization: List of user-level services and their authorization counts
- Group Directory Numbers: Total count and list of all directory numbers assigned to the group

call_center_digest
Performs a detailed report of the given Call Center, including its profile settings and the status of all agents within it.
- Parameters:
service_user_id- The ID Of the Call Center
Example:
block_number
Blocks a number across every group and department in an enterprise. Adds the digit pattern to each group's calling plan and sets the incoming calling plan permission to deny. Groups that BroadWorks rejects are skipped with a warning.
- Parameters:
enterprise_id- The Enterprise / Service Provider IDnumber- The number or digit pattern to block
Example:
